Finally Friday. I have a feeling I’ll be saying that every Friday this summer… my first week at work wasn’t too bad. The worst part was the orientation! Wow… was that boring. It’s amazing how when I get home from work, I can watch TV/read/play on the computer/play xbox/hang out/whatever, and time will fly by – but at work, oh no, it moves half as slow..
I’m excited for the 3-day weekend. I get paid on Monday for doing nothing! I’m going to Brian’s graduation Saturday morning at Fork Union (He’s finally graduating high school – congrats B). The whole fam is going, so it’ll be good to see them all. Then I’m hanging out with Ashley in Williamsburg for the afternoon/night. We’re going to wake up and go to my house Sunday morning and, weather permitting, take the jetskiis out. I’m excited to finally be able to enjoy what hopes to be a gorgeous day…
I think Jay and I are going to see The Longest Yard tonight – it’s a remake of the original starring Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, and a whole slew of other famous people. I imagine it’ll be an entertaining football flick, but it has potential to be an awful movie… JV Jay just can’t pass up watching football though.
